Struck Corp is pleased to announce the addition of the MAGNATRAC MH8500 Compact Track Loader / Small Dozer to its impressive list of MAGNATRAC products on the market.
What Makes the MH8500 Special?
The MH8500 is tailor-made as a “Swiss Army knife” Compact Track Loader for contractors, ranchers, farmers and large property owners. This means that while the small dozer is compact, it packs enough muscle to handle all the tasks that you can throw at it. Whether you want to use it as a bulldozer, track loader, mower, snow blower, etc. the MH8500 will be right there to do as required!
The MH8500 is the second in the MAGNATRAC family to offer a NEW efficient hydro-static drive system. This includes tandem piston pump technology, which allows 3,000 PSI to each track!!! What does that mean? That means more power to the tracks! That’s DOUBLE THE PRESSURE from older MH series models!
The MH8500 has all the features that have made its predecessors great, such as a Tandem Chain Path (TCP) system and a lower frame to ensure maximum stability even on steep terrain. Those tried and tested features now come with additional features that take MAGNATRAC’s offerings to a whole new level.
Key Features of the MAGNATRAC MH8500
3-Cylinder Kubota Diesel Engine: The MH8500 brings the power of the Kubota diesel engine at your service. This tier-4 engine is liquid cooled and can give you long hours of service without heating up. Your expenditure on fuel will also be lower than what you would spend on gasoline-powered compact dozers.
Electric Attachment Control: The MH8500 comes with an EAC control system that makes it a breeze for you to regulate the power to the different attachments that you can use with your compact dozer. There’s no need for you to fiddle with handles or levers; just flip a switch and the attachment indicator light will tell you that you are good to go!
Easy Oil Level System: You will not have to deal with the hassles of opening the hood of the dozer and then struggling to read the dipstick if you buy the MH8500. This all-new compact dozer is equipped with an easy oil level system that enables you to just take a glance at the hydraulic sight window. Any visible oil there means you can just start the engine and get work. See how using earthmoving equipment has become easy for MAGNATRAC clients?
Easily Accessible Cockpit: Simply jump into the cockpit and you will find everything ergonomically laid out for you! All the controls are within reach and the all-new hand throttle makes adjusting the speed of the compact dozer child’s play.
Robot-Welded Undercarriage: We understand that you will want to push your MH8500 as hard as it can take, so we have given this compact bulldozer a steel undercarriage that weighs more than 300 lbs to give the equipment a low center of gravity, strength, consistency and efficiency.
Heavy-Duty Track System: The Tandem Chain Path technology allows the two chains of the track system to be engaged simultaneously so that any interference from debris will not prevent the compact bulldozer from moving. Additionally, axle covers insulate the roller axles from any abuse that the axles could have been exposed to on a day-to-day basis.
It is hard to include all the great benefits that you will get when you buy the MH8500 in one short blog post. For more on all the details about the specs, attachments, options, upgrades and the prices, click here. But then again, if you have used any MAGNATRAC before, buying the MH8500 is a no-brainer!
I think we need to see abiut the option of rubber tracks on the rs1000. That would be selling point for me.
Hi Aric, that’s pretty ironic that you mention that. We just added a Rubber Track Option to the RS1000 Sale price list a few days ago. Technically, it has not been released to the public just yet. It’s a $500 upgrade to the base price of the RS1000. It includes a complete contractor grade rubber track system that includes a center idler system as well. Please see the RS1000 sale price list, and look at the item # RTU19 Rubber Track System Upgrade. Please call for additional information, we can provide pictures and more of the new set-up. An official release will be coming later this year.
Will the rubber track work on older models such as my trusty & mighty MD750?
Hi Roger, great question. It should. We have not tested it on the older models. You would need: 2 new front idlers, 2 new rear drives, 2 new track expanders, 2 new rubber tracks, 2 new idler systems, and you would also need to lengthen the adjustment slot on your left and right body wall by about an 1″ as well. The rubber track needs to be tighter than the steel track, which is the reason for the larger adjustment slot. Instructions for the removal and install for the RS1000 should be done within a week or so. Call for pricing. 1-877-828-8323
I am amazed not to find a single used unit out there for sale anywhere. I would have wanted to talk to an owner and get a uncensored testimonial. But I can’t find anyone to ask. Hmmmm? (I wanted an independent opinion —not a published testimonial. Are there any used ones out there? For sale?
Hi Lynn. We can help with your questions. Most of our used units get sold very quickly online, as they are well made American products and we do not mass produce them. If you are looking for used; I would check eBay, Craig list, online forums, Facebook groups, the usual online areas. As far as testimonials go, those are real owners using our equipment. We do realize that buying a MAGNATRAC is a large investment and you want to make sure it’s the right fit for you. Please give us a call and ask for some local MAGNATRAC owners to speak with. (They are not paid by us in any way, and they will give you their honest opinions on our equipment). – We can be reached toll-free at: 1-877-828-8323.
What are the specs for all the hydraulic cylinders for the MH7000 BH and FEL? How much are the repair kits for those hydraulic cylinders? What’s the price for the Check Valve (#1107)
Hi Tim Great questions. We jut emailed you over a quote for some seal kits and the #1107 as well. Just an FYI, you’ll get a quicker response by calling us or by sending over an email to: parts@struckcorp.com – Thanks! 🙂
any way of putting a 4 or 6 way dozer blade on the rs1000
Hi Tristan. At this time no 6 way blade is available for the RS1000. The DB44 Dozer Blade does go up and down hydraulically, and then there is a manual angle for the left and right. At this time there is not hydraulic angle left and right available for that unit. I believe there are some customers of our out there that have done it. I would check this Facebook page for additional information.
