Q: Do you have any dealerships?
A: No, we sell directly to you. The C.F. Corporation has been selling factory direct for over 45 years. This has ensured no middleman mark-up or hassles and has kept us close to our customers and their needs.
Q: Do you have the MAGNATRACS in stock, on the shelf and ready for pickup at your factory?
A: No. Orders are put into a production schedule. (First come, first served basis). Our production times vary by product and the time of the year that you buy. From November through February D-I-Y Kits are approx. 1 week. MAGNATRACS are usually 2 weeks from when you order to when we ship. From March through October D-I-Y Kits are approx. 4 weeks and MAGNATRACS are usually any where from 4 to 8 weeks from when you order to when we ship. We do not ship anything without permission from you. We ship when you’re ready. – Need to plan around a vacation…no problem at all!
Q: Which MAGNATRAC is right for me?
A: Please call and speak with a sales rep regarding your specific projects. For general homeowner use, the RS1000 or the RS196K is recommended. For larger jobs such as landscaping or digging a pond, the RS1000 with hydraulic attachments will be advised. For larger type jobs, such as digging a foundation, larger ponds, renting skid steer attachments or PTO capabilities and light commercial use, the MAGNATRAC MH8000 will be the recommended tool for the job. Again, please speak with a sales rep to determine the best fit for your jobs and budget.

A: We are located in Cedarburg, WI. Cedarburg is approx. 20 minutes north of Milwaukee and 1 hour east of Madison, in the S.E. corner of the WI. Approx. 1 1/2 hours north of Chicago, IL. Q: Can I come to your factory, get a demo and tour your facility?
A: Absolutely, we’d love to have you come visit our facility. Please make sure to give us a call approx. 1 week in advance so we can plan for your visit. We require visit by appointment only. We have demo models but no formal showroom. Demonstrations may not be available certain times of the year, please call for more details.
Q: Are the MAGNATRACS fully assembled or do I have to put them together?
A: The RS196K and the MBA80 are only sold in a D-I-Y kit form. The RS1000 and the MH8000 are assembled and factory tested for the highest quality. The larger attachments, such as: loaders, backhoes, rear hitches with PTO, and six-way blades are fully assembled. Smaller attachments like brush grapples come in KIT form with instructions for customer assembly. Due to shipping requirements; some attachments may need to be attached to the unit once received. Speak with a sales representative for detailed information. Factory assembly of bolt on track shoes is also offered for an additional fee.
Q: Where do you ship to? Is the shipping insured? Can I find my own shipping options?
A: Generally speaking; we ship to freight terminals where they have facilities to load your pallets onto a customer supplied trailer. Home delivery, business or workplace delivery may be available as well. (Customer must get permission). Extra fees may apply. Speak to a sales representative for more information. All shipments that are prepaid to the Struck Corporation are fully insured to the place of delivery. You can find your own shipping options. A licensed common carrier must be used in order to not be charged any additional tax. (More information will be required from the carrier). We can give you approx. dimensions of pallets and weights. Make sure your delivery is insured.
Q: Can I pick-up my MAGNATRAC at the factory?
A: Sure…However, a few things to keep in mind. Picking up the unit at the factory requires a 5.6% sales tax payment. When the C.F. Struck Corporation ships a MAGNATRAC to another state, we do not collect any sales tax. Please see your accountant or state regulations for more information regarding claiming the sales tax on your taxes. The shipping costs are usually less than the cost to come and pick-up the unit.

Online Options: The C.F. Struck Corporation partners with Rocket Loans as an option for financing. Borrower must be a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident alien at least 18 years of age (in Nebraska and Alabama a borrower must be at least 19 years of age), have an email address, and be able to navigate the online process.
RocketLoans platform is simple, fast and secure. Their platform works by sharing data electronically, so they’ll need you to:

- Validate your bank account electronically

Local Options: For local bank, credit union financing: if a loan officer needs specific information regarding a purchase, please have them speak with your sales representative. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal.
(Wire transfers or Paypal are the only accepted payment for orders outside the US or Canada).
Q: Can I order attachments after my purchase?
A: Yes, it is possible for us to ship attachments after your purchase. You will get the best shipping rate if you order everything at once. Smaller attachments can be shipped via FedEx or UPS directly to your residence in most cases. (Keep in mind, we cannot guarantee all attachments will work with all older models. CF Struck Corporation is in the process of constant improvement on our products).
Q: Where do I find other attachments?
A: Local and online farm implement dealers carry third party attachments that will work with our units. Our MH series MAGNATRACS can be outfitted with a quick hitch system, (SH44), which allows compatibility with hundreds of third party implements. Also, our MH series MAGNATRACS when outfitted with our standard category 1 three point hitch and PTO can use dozens of hydraulically driven attachments as well. Before purchasing any attachment, please call our factory to speak with a sales rep regarding any attachment requirements. Our MAGNATRAC RS1000 and the MINI-DOZER MD196K are compatible with many garden type implements: pull behind tillers, mowers, cultivators, etc. (Some require its own power plant, as the RS1000 and the RS196K do not have a PTO). Our standard class 2, (HA14) Hitch Adapter allows for 2 inch receiver tube attachments such as: trailer ball hitches, cargo carries. etc. Those attachments are readily available at local and online farm implement places. Q: How stable are the MAGNATRACS?
A: Very stable. The MAGNATRACS have been designed with a very low center of gravity. Please see our videos for examples of slopes or speak with a sales representative for more information.
Q: Do you ship to other countries? Canada?
A: The C.F. Struck Corporation deals directly with our freight companies when shipping to the US and Canada. Customers from other countries need to find a freight forwarder to help them with their shipping needs, questions, cost, crating, etc. All duties, taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Do you offer customization of your units?
A: No, we do not. All aftermarket customization not approved by the factory is done by the customer at their own risks and may void the warranty. The C.F. Struck Corporation is not liable for any aftermarket customization.
Q: Do you sell any used units?
A: The C.F. Struck Corporation deals only in new sales. Customers looking for used units should check eBay, Craigslist, or online forums.
Q: How is the resale value of your MAGNATRACS?
A: They keep their value very well, and are well built. We do not mass produce our units. Some customers even pass them down to future generations.
Q: How is the parts supply for your units? How fast can I get replacement parts? Do you stock parts for older models?
A: Most parts ship out UPS or FedEx ground the same day. Back ordered parts usually ship in 1 week. We stock primarily wearing parts for older machines. Check with a sales rep for more information.
Q: How do I order parts?
A: Currently, all parts orders are done by phone, and mail. In the future, we plan to add a shopping cart to our website. Some plans/assembly manuals may be available to purchase with PayPal via the web.
Q: Do you offer plans and manuals for discontinued models?
A: It will vary by model. Please see the support section of the website for downloadable material. Paper plans and manuals are available by calling the factory for a fee.
Q: Do you offer service on any of your units?
A: Though the MAGNATRAC RS1000 and MH8000 are offered assembled; (the RS196K and the MBA80 are only offered as a kit) it’s still the customer’s responsibility to provide competent service ability. The servicing can be provided by the mechanically inclined customer, or by a good local mechanic. We provide manuals and illustrations for complete service and repair so that anyone with reasonable mechanical skill can perform all required service work. Please call the factory with questions.
Q: What is the warranty on your MAGNATRACS?
A: Engines are warranted by their manufacturer, the RS1000 & MH8000 carry 3 year engine warranties. Engines sold with our MBA80 & RS196K have 2 year warranties. Our MAGNATRAC RS1000 & MH8000 carry a 2 year warranty, (Shipped after April 1st, 2014), on any part on the unit, except for batteries, those are supplied on a complimentary basis and belts (90 days).
