Given that Struck owners are responsible for their own maintenance and repair, Struck should consider producing some videos that walk through more complex or difficult repair / replace / maintenance procedures. It is very inexpensive and a video is sometimes much more enlightening than written instructions. There are a few on YouTube that are very good, done by individuals. I would personally like to see one on Track removal and replacement and on swapping the engine out, replacing the bearings and/or drive shafts, etc. pointing out the tips of experience from the mechanics and technicians at Struck who do this every day. Struck could even sell the videos at a reasonable price to recover the cost. Produce it one time and sell it forever. Your customers would appreciate it.
