We at Struck Corp. love to share the feedback we receive from our valued customers! For Joe, he is grateful that with the help of a MAGNATRAC®, he got a chance to be part of bringing his dream of building his retirement home to reality. Here is his story.
First impressions…
When many people look at the equipment made by Struck, they often think the machine is just a toy. Joe totally disagrees with them and says his MAGNATRAC® track loader is a serious machine which can do lots of work. “It’s not a toy as many who first see it think. It is a serious machine capable of doing what larger equipment can do, except that it does the work in smaller bites,” Joe explains.
Joe is also full of praises for the effort which was put into making his track loader, the MH8000. He explains, “I must commend Struck on the overall design, the engineering, and the high quality inherent in each product!”
The real test…
Joe reveals that he has had a plan of building his future retirement home, and the needed parcel of land has already been secured.
After his MAGNATRAC® was delivered, Joe immediately put the track loader to work on the proposed site.
Joe has primarily been cutting down the trees at the site and then pulling out the tree stumps, followed by rough grading the gaping holes left.
Joe admits he isn’t a pro yet on how to get the best from the MH8000, as some of his work shows. “Let’s just say it is rough grading, really rough grading, as I am still learning how to control the bucket while the track loader is still moving, LOL!”
Joe goes ahead to share a number of photos showing the MH8000 at work. Most of those photos show the biggest tree stump that Joe had to tackle, and the task was a no-contest once the MH8000 got to work.
To remove this particularly stubborn stump, Joe says that, “I had to dig a ramp so that the track loader could get close to the action and dig out the roots more effectively.” He eventually undercuts the roots and releases the stump from its “earthly bounds.”
Joe graciously provides a photo showing the triumphant moment when this huge stump is sitting limply within the grappling bucket of the MH8000. That big one was the last of the stumps to be removed from the parcel of land.
Lessons learned…
Thinking back on his experience dropping trees and then pulling their stumps, Joe says he has come to believe that the MAGNATRAC® has a lot of heart and there is no reason whatsoever for him to “baby it,” as long as he keeps its’ limitations in mind. He says, “It is capable of doing anything, only in smaller bites.” He adds, “I am having a ball!”
Final thoughts from Joe
It is quite telling and satisfying to us at Struck Corp. when we read the final comment Joe makes when concluding his feedback to us. He says, “My MH8000 has allowed me to be a real part of realizing my dream…and you can’t put a price on that!”
At Struck Corp., we go above and beyond to create opportunities for the people who buy MAGNATRACS to have priceless experiences, and Joe’s comment above is proof that he got a lot more from his investment in the MH8000.
To him, the experience of participating in preparing the ground for his future retirement home is a priceless experience that he will forever cherish!
Apart from saying we at Struck are proud to have made that possible, is an understatement! You too can be the proud owner of a MAGNATRAC® or MINI-DOZER®. Click here to Build & Price a MAGNATRAC or MINI-DOZER Today!
