Meet the Muscle
Honda, the name synonymous with quality, reliability and value has been the #1 choice for the construction and rental industry for years! The MH4900 powers through tough ground, with a 2 cylinder Honda GX690 air cooled gasoline engine, with 35.6 lb ft of torque. Standard items include: digital CDI ignition, integrated cylinder and head, and a 17 amp alternator. Upgrade your MH4900 with additional items like a hour/tach meter, hydraulic oil temperature gauge, and our all NEW EOL™ easy to ready hydraulic oil level system. Read more below.
A NEW HYDRO-STATIC DRIVE! The heart and soul of the NEW MH4900 are commercial grade tandem piston pumps. This newer technology means: less heat, dynamic breaking, variable speeds from a slow creep to 3 mph and MORE POWER! This isolated drive circuit doubles your PSI to each track! Before the tracks had 1,500 PSI, now with the NEW Hydro-Static Drive…they have 3,000 PSI! – That’s a 100% increase!
No clutches or shifting gears with a MAGNATRAC®! Hydraulic controls move with finger-tip ease to nimbly maneuver the tractor exactly where you want it. Because you can rotate the tracks in opposite directions at the same time, the MH4900 turns 360 degrees in it’s own length. The MH4900 turns in just over 6 ft! A comparably powered compact tractor requires more than twice the space – over 13 ft. of clear space to turn around. Gauges are easy to read and with all NEW redesigned Hi / Low hand throttle means your engine rpm is easily adjusted.
EPA, CARB approved, 5+ gallon, easy to fill fuel tank assures long hours of uninterrupted earth-moving. Includes: carbon filter, fuel gauge and easy fuel shutoff. Optional hydraulic circuit system allows for easy connection of optional PTO or third party mini skid steer implements.
Standard-duty, upper frame mounted heat exchanger and engine crankshaft mounted 9″ aluminum fan keeps your hydraulic oil cool all day long! Heat guard allows engine heat to dissipate from the hood and grill area easily.
Homesteader seat with easy to use pin height adjustment allows for quick and easy operation of all attachments. Loader or blade controls are at an easy reach, track drive controls are redesigned and all NEW Hi / Low hand throttle makes setting your speed for moving dirt and engine RPM for backhoe work a snap! From a slow creep to max speed, the MH4900 is easy and safe to use!
Celebrate 50 Years with us by upgrading your MH4900! The 50th anniversary upgrade includes: Struck 50th Anniversary Grill, Hour / Tach Meter, hydraulic oil temperature gauge, and the all NEW EOL™ easy to ready hydraulic oil level system. Is your soil a little rockier and sandier than most? No problem, the MH4900 is offered with a track upgrade as well. This track upgrade (not shown in the featured picture) includes: heavy-duty CA551X track chain, 3/8 thick AR200 pre-hardened steel track sprockets, 2 more track idlers per side and protective idler axle collars.

|A.||Great question. Yes, I would say it would if you wanted to add some on your own. A 12 volt battery is used in the system along with a 17 amp alternator as well.|

|A.||The possibility is very good, however, there are probably a few different ways to go about the project. The most common way to build terraces would probably be to dig them out with the loader, as our loaders can excavate as well as load. That being said you should be able to do it with the #815 package as well, but keep in mind you'd want to loosen the soil first with the rear ripper if the soil is very hard. This will speed up the application and make your 6 way blade not work so hard.|

|A.||The possibility is very good. The loader on the MAGNATRAC MH8000 or the MAGNATRAC MH4900 are not just loaders, they can excavate as well. Building terraces with these machines will work, however, there are probably a few different ways to go about the project. If you'd want a backhoe on the back of the machine to aide in the project, you can add that as well. You could buy a backhoe at a later date as well and add it to the machine.|

|A.||On the new MH4900, the ground speed is not higher than the MH8000, however, it has been increased for an entry level hydro model. The biggest difference is in the new hydro-static drive system. This new technology allows for more power to the track system. Previous models had 1,500 PSI going to each track..now there is 3,000 PSI going to each track on the MH4900. You are correct, the MH4900 has a dedicated 10 GPM going to the attachment valve. The PSI is regulated on each section for our specific attachments, but the valve also allows full 10 Gpm flow to the PTO or mini-skid steer connection. On the MH8000 the hydraulic system works a bit different. The HC74 hydraulic circuit allows the track and aux. pumps combine flow to the attachments. Total flow would be 23.5 gpm. When looking for speed hitch attachments, stay in the 10-20 GPM range.|

Many other companies make “farm type” implements and mini skid steer attachments that make the MAGNATRAC® MH4900 even more versatile. Please speak with a Struck Representative to verify specs on specific third party attachments will be compatible with our equipment. (GPM) Gallons Per Minute Ratings and weight specs will vary for each attachment. The MH4900 outputs 10 GPM for mini skid steer rated attachments with the standard universal skid steer mounting plate.

We offer a variety of easy shipping and delivery options within the United States and Canada. From home delivery to terminal delivery and everything in-between, we have you covered.
We ship to thousands of trucking terminals across the USA & Canada. While requesting a quote submit your zip code/postal code and we will find the trucking terminal closest to your location. When picking up at shipping terminal, you will need a trailer to accommodate your machine. The shipping terminal will load your machine into the back of a customer supplied trailer. Some customers hire a local flatbed towing service for larger deliveries to their home.
The business you select must have a semi height loading dock or forklift to unload and accept delivery during normal business hours. You must make arrangements with the business to accept your delivery. Business locations could include: work places, feed stores, lumber yards, building supply centers, etc.
Your home must be accessible by tractor-trailer*, and someone must be home to accept delivery. The truck driver will lower your item to the ground using a forklift attached to the back of a flatbed tractor-trailer. The driver will move the item to the ground with the forklift. The driver can only move the item off the truck, not to a specified location.
All customers outside the US and Canada must find a freight forwarder to handle the shipping, crating, and any other duties, taxes or other fees. The freight forwarders only deliver to a business address. If you do not have a business address they can deliver to the countries closest port and then you can pick up the unit at the port or make other arrangements for the items to be directly delivered to you. Merchandise is payable directly to the Struck Corporation by wire transfer or PayPal. A 30% deposit is required to put an order into our production schedule with the remaining balance due right before we ship.
Rush delivery is not available on freight shipments. We ship best method, depending on the delivery method you choose and your location.
For Home Delivery Services, after we process your order and it leaves our factory, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery time. The carrier will usually provide a 3-4 hour delivery window (for example, 8 am to noon).
If the package arrives damaged, you must note it on the bill of lading. If your machine arrives damaged, call Struck customer service at 1-877-828-8323 as soon as possible.
You can also pick up your machine at the Struck factory in Cedarburg, WI. When an item is picked up at the factory, we charge a 5.6% sales tax unless you have a tax exempt identification.
*Home delivery is not available in all areas. For delivery to Canada, you must have a freight broker. If you do not have a freight broker that you normally work with, our shipping company does have a broker that you can use. Prices for shipments to Canada do not include any duties, taxes or other fees related to the shipment. Speak with a freight broker for more information. All prices are in US Funds. A driveway is considered accessible to a tractor trailer if it a) has no overhanging trees, b) has no power lines, c) contains no culverts or bridges, and d) will allow the truck to make a full turn-around. If the driveway isn’t accessible the delivery will be made at the base of the driveway.
